1. I've contacted the Elkton Methodist Church about the Phillies Chaplain speaking there. Hopefully I will hear back from them this afternoon. The story's deadline is Friday.
2. I've also contacted the Elkton library about the Tax Implications Program being held by H&R Block. I was told they'd call me back this afternoon with the name of someone at H&R Block that I can speak with. This story's deadline is Sunday.
3. As I am also taking classes for Winter Session, I have to get the "OK" from my professor to attend the arts lunch next week.
4. I still have to contact the author of the award-winning poem.
I've been keeping my editor, Katy, updated on where I stand with each assignment. She's very flexible and easy to work with.Things have been going smoothly so far.
